Returns Policy

If there are any problems with any items in your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Should an item need to be returned please contact us before returning using the Returns form on our Customer Service area of the website. We will then respond to you accordingly.

When contacting us, please advise the following:

  • Your Order number
  • The description of the item you wish to return to us
  • The reason for your return (eg wrong size, wrong item)
  • The outcome you wish (eg exchange of size, exchange of item, refund)

Should you wish to exchange your order please request the alternative item and/or size when you contact us. As soon as we receive your returned item, your new item will be despatched to you, subject to stock levels. All returned items must be received within 30 days of you receiving your order. (longer periods may apply in some circumstances under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Please make sure the goods are returned to us in the original packaging or equivalent packaging so no damaged is caused in transit. If any damage is caused to the goods due to insignificant/unsuitable packing then the cost will be passed on to you and deducted from the value of the goods you have returned.

If the item you are returning is not faulty or we have not made a mistake with your order then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. In addition, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection please ensure that you use a trackable parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are sending. You will also need to mark the package as 'Returned Goods'. Any import duty incurred will need to be passed back to yourself.

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a refund or exchange and reimburse your postage costs, if applicable.

Any tubes you wish to exchange MUST be UNUSED and UNMARKED eg No grub screw marks

Returns cannot be accepted on custom etched products unless the item is faulty. If a custom etched item is faulty, our normal Returns policy applies and it can be returned within 30 days of receipt (longer periods may in some circumstances apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). We will refund the price paid and the basic delivery charge as well as the cost of packaging and postage for returning the product. If you need to return a faulty personalised product, please contact us and explain the fault.

Sorry but we are unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable.

This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
